Hi, I’m Dr. Rachel (she/they)

I take an individualized, affirming approach to therapy that honors each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world. My practice is welcoming to neurodivergent, transgender, and nonbinary clients, and to anyone seeking a space that feels safe and genuinely supportive.

I’m a licensed psychologist in Connecticut and New York, offering virtual therapy for children, teens, and adults.

My work centers on helping people and families find steadier ground — to understand themselves more fully, navigate change with compassion, and grow into who they want to be.

I earned my B.A. from Wellesley College and both my M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Kansas, and completed my clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University, specializing in evidence-based treatment for youth and young adults. My experience across hospital, university, and outpatient settings has shaped a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that values both scientific rigor and authentic human connection.

As a queer clinician, I strive to create spaces that honor every person’s authenticity and lived experience. I believe therapy should be as individual as the people it serves — a place for curiosity, healing, and growth in an environment of safety and respect.
