Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Aspen Psychological Center offers affirming, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults — with specialized expertise in gender identity, neurodivergence, and the places where those experiences intersect.
Sessions are available in person in Southington, CT and via telehealth in 44 US states and territories.
Therapy for All Ages
I work with individuals and families whose needs are layered, complex, or haven't been well understood elsewhere. My clients are often navigating more than one thing at once — and they need a therapist who can hold that complexity without oversimplifying it.
Young Children (ages 3–7)
Play-based, attachment-focused therapy for the youngest clients.
Children (ages 8–12)
Support for middle childhood — identity, friendships, school, and emotional regulation.
Teens (ages 13–17)
Therapy for adolescents navigating identity, anxiety, relationships, and more.
Young Adults & Adults
Affirming care for adults at any life stage.
Who I Work With
My practice is explicitly affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and neurotypes. I have deep expertise working with communities that are often underserved or misunderstood by mainstream mental health care.
Transgender, Nonbinary & Gender-Diverse Individuals
Affirming therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults exploring or living their gender identity.
LGBTQ+ Individuals
A genuinely safe space for queer children, teens, young adults, and adults — not just affirming in name, but in practice.
Neurodivergent Individuals
Strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming care for autistic individuals, those with ADHD, and related profiles.

My Approach
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care — with elements of DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, and harm reduction woven in as needed.
Every client is different. I don't apply a one-size-fits-all model. I work to understand who you are, what you're carrying, and what will actually help — then we build from there.
